What is Embodied Leadership?
At Embodied Leadership, our mission is to provide evidence-based training and consultancy to organisations seeking realistic, integrative approaches to company culture and professional development.
Our ethos centers around creating environments where leadership is fostered through psychological safety, holistic wellness, and nervous system regulation.
Founded by Psychotherapist Michelle Leeder and Coach Mel Wiggins, Embodied Leadership is a brand new and necessary approach to the leadership development space in the UK & Europe.
We believe that true leadership begins with a deep understanding of self, and we equip teams with the tools to manage stress and conflict, build resilience, and cultivate trust within the workplace.

We know that burnout is rife and chronic stress can be debilitating for individuals and teams. We educate groups on how stress can show up in our bodies and how to identify when burnout is near. With practical support and advice, we can work with you to make sure that these realities are acknowledged and addressed in ways that are supportive and sustainable.
EVIDENCE-BASED DEVELOPMENT
You can have peace of mind that all of our sessions, workshops and support is evidence and research-based, combining years of specialist training and professional qualifications in psychotherapy, coaching, restorative practices and somatics. Our facilitators bring all of their best knowledge and resources to equip your team to the highest standard.

With warmth, skill, humour and wisdom, Mel and Michelle are passionate about helping organisations invest in the holistic development of their people so they can create sustainable ways of working and have a greater overall impact in the work that they do.
